We accept all major credit and debit cards and payments through PayPal. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC

We’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. If you are concerned about an order please contact us at info@projektityyny.com and we will track your order. During busy periods (Such as a sale, or before christmas), shipping may take longer than normal.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders we ship with DHL. We use a trackable, insured service. All orders will be packed and ready to dispatch as soon as possible - please allow extra time for the package to get to you, if within europe should be approx 2 days, for rest of the world can be up to 7 days. IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY

Customers with shipping addresses outside the UK are responsible for all applicable duties, VAT and import taxes. These are not included in the cost of shipping.

Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these amounts and will not be held liable.
